NOTE - this form is not submitted until you have clicked blue "Confirm Booking" button and receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email it means it did not submit and you are not on the list for this event.

The Girls' Retreat is for all 6th-12th grade girls. We'll be going to Trinity Pines Conference Center and will leave Friday evening to return Sunday around the time 2nd service ends. We will be using The Backpack Rule for this trip - all your stuff for the weekend (clothes, toiletries, etc.) must fit into one normal sized backpack - sleeping bag and pillow don't have to fit into the backpack and are a great place to store a towel or jacket.

To go on the Girls' Retreat you must have all money and your Vertex release form turned in by Wednesday, April 4 (Trinity Pines does not require a separate form for retreats). Use the link below to get a blank copy of the Vertex Release form:
